Talking about funding from the #ECSFund to Surrey Libraries in support of their outreach services which will provide access to technology to homeless and vulnerable populations in our community. Mr. Dhaliwal has also been a generous donor to the Surrey Community Relief Fund which supports the work of the Surrey Food Bank and other organizations.
